Job Description

Join our multicultural team as a Global Brand Director, leading a prestigious luxury portfolio in the Beauty & Fashion sector, based in Barcelona. Your role will be pivotal leading the global media strategy across 10 markets, including EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Reporting to the Global Client Lead, you will coordinate with a full-time multimedia team to lead and manage the client team as well as the DTC brand performance team. Your role will be essential in managing multimarket strategies, best practises, test and learn programs, as well as the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) efforts globally.

This role requires a deep understanding of multi-market brand positioning and integrated communications, including digital strategies. Your curiosity and proactive approach will help you understand our business challenges deeply and create effective media strategies that resonate with our consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Client Leadership - You will serve as the primary senior client liaison, responsible for driving exceptional client service and cross-market campaign execution for globally. Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints and campaigns, with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
  • Strategic Oversight - Translate client objectives into effective, insight-led strategies. Collaborate with internal planning, agencies and client teams to deliver integrated campaigns across all channels with special focus on video and social. Work on global media guidelines for the markets, test and learn program, best practices, PCAs, lead partnership solutions and collaborate with the rest of the Puig teams to excel across the entire account.
  • Operational & Financial Management - Lead account planning, timelines, and resourcing to ensure on-time delivery. Work with Digital Manager looking into the DTC forecasting including budget control and efficiency / ROAS across main digital channels.
  • Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a team of a Digital Manager, Account Executive and Intern fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture. Have a dotted line into SEM and Social specialists, to make sure they are fully integrated within the Carolina Herrera team and work under one team's philosophy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a digital planning/management role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a.
  • Strong strategic thinking and tactical skills, with proficiency in media planning tools and resources.
  • Proven success managing global or regional accounts across EMEA, APAC, or North America.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
  • High-level planning skills to evaluate and organize large campaigns across various online channels, with an omnichannel approach
  • Experience in multimedia digital campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing. Familiarity with Search Ads, key Social platforms (eg META, Tik ToK...), Google Analytics, and an understanding of performance pricing models (CPA, CPL, CPI, etc.), along with solid understanding of performance drivers an metrics (ROI, ROAS, CR, AOV...
  • Fluent Spanish and English
