Job Description Summary:

We are looking for an experienced EOSH (Global Environmental, Occupational Safety, and Health) professional to join our Technical Global Audit Organization (GAO) as a Global EOSH Auditor.

GAO is a truly global organization, responsible for the conducting of risk focused EOSH and Quality & Food Safety audits of 900+ Coca-Cola manufacturing operations, and thousands of distribution operations, across the more than 200 countries in which we do business.

This is a unique opportunity for those seeking to transition to one of the world's largest and most successful beverage companies. This role provides a sure-footed entry into the Coca-Cola system and a chance to broaden your international exposure and business acumen while developing technical leadership skills. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in driving exceptional EOSH performance, continuous improvement, and Company Standards compliance within a global manufacturing and/or distribution organization. For this open position we are targeting candidates based in Atlanta, Ga.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Prepare and execute independent, risk-focused, compliance, and systems-based audits of our worldwide internal and external bottling and distribution operations to verify conformance to our EOSH requirements.

  • Leverage your critical thinking and investigative skills, to accurately identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance.

  • Prepare comprehensive, fact-based audit reports that enable operations to pinpoint the root causes of non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans.

  • Continuously seek insights on industry trends and technology that will further enhance our organization's value proposition and performance.

  • Participate in the review, development, and enhancement of our company standards, policies, and procedures.

  • 50%+ travel, both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related technical field.

  • 5+ years of experience in an operational EOSH role in manufacturing and/or distribution operations.

  • Proven track record of driving EOSH performance and continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese or other languages is a plus.

  • ISO 14001, 39001, and/or 45001 Lead Auditor Certifications are desirable.

  • Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Professional, NEBOSH Diploma) are desirable.
