What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in our beverage production process by operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations. Daily responsibilities include operating machinery, monitoring production performance, making routine machine adjustments, completing production paperwork, maintaining a clean work area, and communicating equipment or production concerns to supervisors.

You will work in a fast-paced production environment where teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and safety are essential to success.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who are dependable, hardworking, and committed to producing high-quality products. Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and must be at least 18 years old. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, possess basic math and communication skills, and work well with coworkers and supervisors in a team-based manufacturing environment.

Applicants must reside in the Butte, Montana area.

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, bottling, food and beverage production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse operations, packaging, industrial equipment, forklift operation, or general labor is beneficial but not required.

Mechanical aptitude and forklift experience are preferred. Forklift training and certification opportunities may be available for the right candidates.

Work Environment

This position is performed in an active manufacturing and production facility. Employees regularly work around industrial equipment and automated machinery in a fast-paced bottling environment. The facility can be noisy at times and may involve exposure to airborne particles and other conditions typical of beverage manufacturing operations.
