We are looking for a new ideal team player as a Bottling Technician in our Bottling department! The Bottling Technician position is responsible for quickly, safely, and consistently transforming the company's bulk liquids into natural, and healthy products that meet quality standards. You will follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
  • Perform the work as assigned by the department supervisor.
  • Assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products from raw materials.
  • You are a team player, thorough and detail-orientated, very observant, and have technical abilities.
  • Attach appropriate labels to products and packages.
  • Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
  • Notify the supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
  • Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Adhere to Quality Control Standards.
  • Other duties required by the department supervisor.

This is a safety-sensitive position and should not be under the influence of any substance.
Requirements
You may have experience in a manufacturing facility, but if you don't that's okay, we will train you! We prefer you have a high school diploma or a General Education Degree (G.E.D).
Schedule
Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday starting on the production line at 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand for 100% of the shift, climb up ladders and walk throughout the facility. Use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently reaches with hands and arms, including overhead; stoops, bends, kneels, and crouches; and must be able to communicate clearly.
The employee must regularly push, or pull, lift, carry, materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying and sometimes uncontrolled temperature conditions that are hot, humid and cold, as well as moderate noise levels and moving mechanical parts.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Equipment Used
Forklift, Pack Mule, Electric Pallet Jack, Plastic Wrap Machine, Production Line Machines, Conveyor Belts and other warehouse production materials.
