Job description

Deltek Cobra Developer - Long-term Contract - US-based Remote
We are seeking a skilled Deltek Cobra Developer to maintain and enhance project cost and earned value management (EVM) solutions. The role involves developing, integrating, and supporting Deltek Cobra implementations to ensure accurate project performance tracking and compliance with EVM standards, such as EIA-748. You will collaborate with project controls, finance, and scheduling teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance Deltek Cobra solutions for cost tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and support components using .NET and the .NET Framework.
  • Perform database operations with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Integrate Deltek Cobra with scheduling and ERP tools, including Primavera, MS Project, Deltek Open Plan, and Deltek Costpoint.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with government contracting and EVM standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver dependable and scalable project control solutions.

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in Deltek Cobra development or related project controls systems.
  • Proficiency in .NET and the .NET Framework.
  • Strong experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database operations.
  • Expertise in integrating Deltek Cobra with scheduling and ERP tools (Primavera, MS Project, Deltek Open Plan, Deltek Costpoint).
