Job description

Are you interested in working with the World's AI-first Quality Engineering Company? Ready to advance your career, team up with global thought leaders across industries and make a difference every day? Join us at QualityAI!

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our growing team in QualityAI.

Role: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid)

QualityAI is entering a pivotal phase of transformation, evolving from a market-leading quality engineering firm into an AI-first partner helping enterprises build, deploy and scale trusted AI systems.

The Chief Marketing Officer will play a central role in shaping and accelerating this transition. This is a strategic, commercially accountable leadership position responsible for defining market positioning, driving demand, and building a unified global marketing engine.

The CMO will align closely with the CEO and executive team to articulate a clear, differentiated narrative, strengthen market presence, and translate strategy into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

1. Define and own the global marketing strategy

  • Establish a clear, compelling market position aligned to QualityAI's AI-first direction
  • Lead the evolution from a testing-led narrative to a broader quality engineering and AI assurance proposition
  • Translate business strategy into a focused marketing roadmap with measurable outcomes

2. Build a high-performing global marketing function

  • Integrate and align regional marketing teams into a cohesive global model
  • Define operating structure, governance, and ways of working
  • Elevate capability across brand, digital, content, demand generation, events, and analyst relations

3. Drive demand and commercial impact

  • Partner with sales leadership to build a scalable, data-driven demand generation engine
  • Improve pipeline quality, conversion, and marketing ROI
  • Implement clear KPIs tied to revenue, not just activity

4. Develop brand transformation and market presence

  • Oversee the successful rollout of the new brand and positioning globally
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from website to executive communications
  • Build a strong, differentiated presence in a crowded services market

5. Strengthen ecosystem and partner marketing
Develop joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners (e.g. SAP, Tricentis, hyperscalers)
Ensure marketing supports sector and solution-led growth

6. Bring rigor, data and accountability

  • Establish clear reporting frameworks across all marketing activities
  • Use data to prioritize investment and continuously optimize performance
  • Manage budgets effectively and transparently

Experience and background

  • Proven CMO or senior marketing leadership experience within a global B2B services or technology organization
  • Strong track record of driving measurable commercial impact through marketing
  • Experience repositioning or transforming a company narrative, ideally in AI, data, or digital engineering
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyers and complex sales cycles
  • Experience working closely with CEOs and executive teams on external positioning

Capabilities and leadership profile

  • Strategic but hands-on; able to move between vision and execution without losing momentum
  • Commercially driven with a clear focus on revenue outcomes
  • Confident operating in ambiguity and driving change across a complex, global organization
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at board level
  • Clear, compelling communicator with strong editorial judgement

Success in the first 12 months

  • A clear, differentiated market narrative for QualityAI as an AI-first quality engineering leader
  • A fully aligned global marketing function with defined structure and accountability
  • A measurable improvement in pipeline contribution and marketing ROI
  • Successful delivery of the rebrand and market relaunch
  • Increased visibility and credibility with analysts, partners, and clients

Why this role matters
QualityAI has scale, capability, and ambition. What it needs now is clarity, consistency, and impact in how it shows up to the market. The CMO will be instrumental in closing that gap and positioning the company for its next phase of growth.

Why QualityAI?

QualityAI is an AI-first quality engineering company helping enterprises deploy and scale complex systems with greater confidence. Operating across data, models, platforms, infrastructure, and operational environments, the company provides assurance and engineering expertise that helps organizations ensure systems perform reliably in real-world conditions.

Formerly Qualitest, QualityAI supports global enterprises across regulated and technology-driven industries, combining deep engineering heritage with AI-enabled delivery, operational assurance, and lifecycle expertise to help clients achieve certainty at go-live.

  • Be a part of a company who strives to support for diversity and inclusion in the workplace - we are one, we are many at QualityAI. Celebrate culture, share knowledge with engineers from around the globe, and inspire each other through our differences.
  • Local and global opportunities - we offer you internal rotation and international mobility opportunities to grow your career.
  • Clear view of your career and progression with the company - QualityAI is growing massively (since Jan 2021 - added more than 2000 engineers) and giving you the opportunity to grow with us.
  • Work hard and play harder with our flexible and casual culture. Take a break from work and join an employee event, or enjoy the amenities and games provided from one of our Employees Centers.
  • Never stop experimenting and learning with QualityAI Tech academy: 3000+ training courses, mentorship programs, technical tribes, sponsored certifications, leadership programs and much more.
