Full Time

The Therapy Clinical Service Manager oversees the daily operations, clinical care, and team management for therapy staff, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for staffing, productivity, and patient flow, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The Clinical Service Manager supports staff development through hiring, coaching, and performance management, and is accountable for key performance indicators such as patient volume, documentation quality, and patient satisfaction. In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation and organizational leadership, this role helps maintain efficient clinic operations and supports broader organizational goals and initiatives.

Required:

  • Current South Carolina licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (or higher)
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability across teams or settings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

 Preferred:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in related field
  • Prior multi-site management experience
  • Experience in pediatric therapy services
  • Experience in rural healthcare delivery models
  • Experience with staff recruitment and retention strategies
  • Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
