Are you a healthcare operations leader who thrives on improving processes, enhancing patient access, and supporting high-performing clinical teams? We are seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to provide operational leadership across a growing portfolio of outpatient clinics, including Family Medicine, Osteopathic Manual Medicine, Foot & Ankle, Diagnostic Imaging/Xโ€‘Ray, and future clinical service lines.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence through strategic scheduling, workflow optimization, staffing coordination, and patient flow management while partnering closely with providers and staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations & Strategy, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative university health enterprise where innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued every day.

What youโ€™ll do:
  • Lead the daily operations of outpatient clinical service lines, ensuring efficient patient flow, scheduling coordination, and consistent delivery of highโ€‘quality care.
  • Optimize clinic access, provider utilization, and operational capacity through effective scheduling strategies, workflow management, and continuous process improvement.
  • Supervise and develop clinical and administrative staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and workforce planning.
  • Drive workflow optimization and quality improvement initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting patient safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Foster an exceptional patient experience by promoting patientโ€‘centered care, improving access and coordination, and maintaining a welcoming clinical environment.
  • Partner with clinical, academic, and administrative stakeholders on strategic planning, service line development, budgeting, resource management, and organizational growth initiatives.
What we are looking for:
  • Current RN license required.
  • BSN required; Masterโ€™s preferred.
  • 3โ€“5 years of ambulatory or clinical operations experience required.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Experience in outpatient clinic operations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, throughput, and clinical workflows.
  • EMR experience preferred.
Total Rewards:

For this position, we anticipate a starting salary in the midโ€‘toโ€‘upper $90,000s. However, the final offered salary will be commensurate with the qualifications and experiences of the selected candidate.
