In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients navigating the Social Security Disability process, providing support, guidance, and reassurance throughout their journey.

About the Role
As a Client Concierge, you will play an important role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and communication throughout the life of their case. You will act as a liaison between clients, the Social Security Administration (SSA), and internal teams to help keep cases moving forward and clients informed every step of the way.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and serving as a trusted resource for clients.
Key Responsibilities
  •  Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the disability claims process. 
  •  Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. 
  •  Communicate with the Social Security Administration (SSA) regarding case status and updates. 
  •  Collect, document, and maintain detailed and accurate client information. 
  •  Monitor case timelines and deadlines to support timely case progression. 
  •  Prepare routine correspondence and case-related documentation. 
  •  Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure exceptional client service. 
  •  Perform administrative tasks to support legal teams and case development efforts. 
  •  Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies and procedures. 
Qualifications
Required
  •  Prior customer service experience. 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  •  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 
  •  Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. 
  •  Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate when assisting clients experiencing stressful or emotional situations. 
  •  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. 
  •  Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 
Preferred
  •  Experience in legal services, healthcare, insurance, case management, or another client-facing professional environment. 
  •  Experience communicating with government agencies or managing sensitive client information. 
  •  Familiarity with Social Security Disability programs or legal support services.
