We're expanding our virtual client success team and are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Travel Customer Success Coordinator. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident as their travel plans come together.
You'll help guide travelers through each stage of the process-keeping details organized, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth experience from initial planning through final confirmations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and contributing to positive outcomes in a remote setting.
No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
