Quest (www.questenergygroup.com) is a Leading Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Firm in support of Oil and Gas, Refining and Chemicals, Pipeline and LNG, EPC, etc.

We've been engaged by a Tier 1 client of ours to help them identify a Project Engineering Manager / Operations Manager - someone who's a Lic PE in the State of Oklahoma.

As Project Manager / Operations Manager / Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of 2-3 Engineers and 2-5 Designers, and will have a runway for tremendous business growth. The client is seeking someone who has management experience and can manage the team, but yet someone competent and capable of building and growing the business there in Tulsa and Oklahoma market(s). EPC, Capital Projects, Midstream / Downstream are key areas of focus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in State of Oklahoma
  • 3+ years on leading teams
  • 10+ years in commercial operations / operations / Project management for EPC packages into midstream / downstream industries
  • Knowledgeable about putting proposals together
  • Must be in the Greater Tulsa area - in office role
  • Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
