Key Personnel is seeking a Logistics Technician in Tulsa, OK
Job Title: Logistics Technician
Location: Tulsa, OK
Training Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch) for the first two weeks
Regular Schedule: 5 Days On / 2 Days Off Schedule (12 hour shifts) 6am-6pm or 6pm to 6am (must be flexible)
Pay Range: $16

Logistics Technician Job Summary
The Logistics Technician is responsible for ensuring ambulances are fully stocked, organized, and equipped with the medical supplies and equipment necessary for emergency response operations. This position plays a critical role in supporting EMS teams by maintaining inventory accuracy, restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring readiness of emergency vehicles. A medical background is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.

Logistics Technician Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Stock and replenish ambulances with medical supplies, equipment, and medications according to established guidelines.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and maintain accurate supply records.
• Inspect ambulances and equipment to ensure readiness for emergency response.
• Remove expired, damaged, or contaminated supplies and replace as needed.
• Clean, sanitize, and organize medical equipment and storage areas.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming medical supplies and inventory.
• Assist with maintaining proper inventory levels and reporting supply shortages.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Document inventory transactions and supply usage accurately.
• Collaborate with EMS personnel to ensure operational readiness of vehicles and equipment.
• Support warehouse and logistics operations as assigned.

Logistics Technician Skills & Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical, healthcare, EMS, CNA, EMT, ER Technician, Medical Assistant, or related experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn medical equipment, inventory systems, and ambulance stocking procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, reaching, walking, and standing throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications (But not required)
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical supply, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or emergency services.
• Familiarity with medical equipment and supplies.
• Experience maintaining inventory or stocking environments.
• CPR certification is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull supplies and equipment up to 70 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
• Work in warehouse, supply storage, and ambulance environments.
