Operations Manager (Law Firm)

Job description

Our client, a prominent multi-service law firm based in Mississauga and serving the Greater Toronto Area, is in growth mode and actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their expanding team

Your new role

In this new role you will work directly with the principal of the firm to manage all aspects of the firm’s operations. You will develop and implement operational policies and procedures that ensure the smooth running of the firms’ operations. You will be empowered to structure, develop, supervise, and staff the firm’s various departments, including marketing, human resources, accounting, office management, social, and IT/tech support. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the firm’s leadership team. Collaborate with senior partners to develop and implement business plans and strategies. Implement technology solutions to streamline process and improve efficiencies. Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have minimum of 5-years management experience preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. The ability to both multi-task and take initiative to work independently will be a key success factor this new role. A pleasant personality will go a long way in this role. To be successful in this role you will be highly professional, extremely organized, detailedoriented, punctual, with excellent time management and project management skills.
