Job Description
This is a new position providing Voice Engineering Services to our Clients Customers and Partners on a Project by Project basis. It is expected that candidates will support the company's mission, vision and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, teamwork, innovation, respect, personalization and accountability.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on Cisco experience, with recent experience in an Implementation Role. Qualified applicants need to specialize in Cisco Unified Communications technologies, but would also have exposure to other Cisco Advanced Technologies such as Wireless and Routing/Switching. Candidate Must have enterprise design and configuration experience with the following:
Cisco CCNA or CCNP Voice and Specialty Certifications are preferred. This position requires US Citizenship with the ability to obtain Security Clearance. Bachelors or equivalent degree or experience in Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Government clearances preferred. Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and presentation skills required.
Additional Information
The appropriate candidate will have extensive, recent, hands-on experience with the following minimum products\technologies\tasks.
