Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Solution/Voice Engineer (Infrastructure) in Dallas, TX.  This is a full time direct hire position with a full benefit package.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Deployment, Integration & Testing of Cisco UC-Voice Infrastructure 
Delivery/Service Assurance systems, VOIP and UC peripherals 
Work closely with Project managers throughout the implementation process 
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including vendors 
Participate in key projects of client to provide recommendations and guidance for system migrations, service launches and technology initiative Expertly conceptualize, design and configure CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P and other UC application's building blocks: Partitions, CSS's, Device Pools, Users, Extension Mobility, MOH, DN/DID,BAT Files, their modification and import, media resource/conferencing, gateway configuration MGCP , H.323 and SIP, Dial-peers, COR, PRI/T1, SRST, ICT/UC Clusters, Route List, Route Groups, Hunt Groups/List, Translation Patterns, TEHO, CTI RP etc.,etc.. 
Expert-Level debugging and troubleshooting on Cisco UC infrastructure.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of related IP telephony implementation experience including many of the following: 

Cisco Unified Communications Manager/Call Manager 
Cisco Unity/Unity Connection 
Cisco Contact Center (UCCX) 
Cisco Unified Meeting Place and Webex 
Cisco Unified Presence 
Cisco Unified Mobility 
Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express 
VM/UC on UCS 
Gateway: H323 / SIP / MGCP and PRI/T1 
Video/Telepresence implementation /DMS 
Solid Routing and Switching Skills

Certification: 
Active CCIE Voice (Lab) certification preferred. May be substituted with equivalent experience and/or CCNP Voice
