Job description

We are seeking a Cisco Voice Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Teams Voice to join our team. This role involves supporting large-scale enterprise environments with a mix of Cisco UC/Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice, and network/security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Deploy, configure, and maintain 1,000+ Cisco Catalyst switches and 1,000+ wireless access points.
• Administer and optimize Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Configure and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM - On-Prem).
• Deploy and integrate Microsoft Teams Voice, including Direct Routing, SBCs (Cisco CUBE, AudioCodes, Ribbon), and hybrid voice environments.
• Manage and support Cisco Webex (Cloud) and Webex Contact Center.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco FTD with FMC, and FortiGate firewalls with FortiManager.
• Provide operational support for Juniper switchgear and Mist Wireless.
• Troubleshoot SIP trunks, dial plans, voice gateways, and PSTN connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, compliance, and security across all voice and network systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8-10 years of enterprise networking and collaboration experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• Cisco UC/Collaboration (CUCM, Unity, Webex, SIP, Contact Center)
• Microsoft Teams Voice (Direct Routing, SBCs, hybrid deployments)
• Cisco Catalyst, 9800 WLC, ISE
