Cisco Call Manager
• 3-9 years of experience supporting Cisco Voice/VoIP environments.
• Good experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Understanding of Cisco voice infrastructure, dial plans, and telephony administration.
• Familiarity with Session Border Controllers (SBCs), preferably Oracle SBC.
• Experience supporting call recording platforms such as NICE.
• Knowledge of E911 administration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Cisco UCS environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SIP.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
