Job Description:

Responsible for the execution of effective marketing and brand strategies, as well as tactics to drive brand awareness and company growth. Contribute to the management of marketing campaigns and projects from inception to completion, including post campaign analysis and reporting, brand audits, competitive analysis and market research. Partners with outside agencies and internal stakeholders to develop creative campaigns that include but are not limited to broadcast and cross channel media, email, digital, social and print. Manage, develop and facilitate programs to positively impact the customer and consumer perception of brands.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including creative agencies and media planning to ensure advertising campaign success.

Conduct on-going industry analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and areas of opportunity. Translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.

Create detailed marketing briefs that outline campaign objectives, target audience, key messaging, and creative requirements. Collaborate with agency partners to ensure that marketing materials align with strategic goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance in order to develop insights that lead to informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.

Work with internal teams to support and highlight product features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Ensure consistency and accuracy across various marketing channels. Craft unified product and brand narratives that can be aligned to the Spectrum brand identity and will resonate with the target audience.

Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution creative campaigns

Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way

Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel

Strong attention to detail

Must possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applications

Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks

Ability to think creatively and strategically

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience

Industry experience in telecommunications, marketing, technology or related industries

Experience in managing integrated marketing and brand campaigns
