ABOUT US

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Implementation Delivery Lead to support Channel Partner implementation clients and help deliver exceptional implementation experiences.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Implementation Delivery Lead (IDL) supports the successful development, configuration, testing, and delivery of benefits administration solutions for Channel Partner implementation clients. This role partners closely with Implementation Leaders, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with client requirements. The IDL plays a key role in driving implementation success, supporting client adoption, identifying process improvements, and delivering best-in-class service throughout the implementation lifecycle.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions)

Implementation Project Support
  • Partner with the Implementation Leader to facilitate implementation kick-off meetings, requirements discussions, and ongoing project status meetings with clients.
  • Manage implementation timelines by setting clear expectations, anticipating potential risks, and communicating realistic delivery schedules.
  • Analyze client requirements and configure system functionality to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product Management, EDI, and other functional partners to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
  • Support the analysis and validation of Benefits Class Matrices, Requirements Templates, rates, permissions, field options, site text, demographic and benefits data imports, vendor file exports, and other implementation deliverables.
  • Configure and test system functionality to ensure accurate and complete client setup.
  • Assist with client training and education related to system functionality, processes, and implementation readiness.
  • Continuously evaluate implementation processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful project outcomes.
Client & Team Support
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to members of the Channel Partner implementation team.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client inquiries related to system functionality and process issues.
  • Support testing and validation of system enhancements and configuration changes.
  • Assist in triaging client issues and escalating concerns as appropriate.
  • Consult clients on industry best practices and recommend system or process improvements to help achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and solution-oriented support.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client services, implementation, or related roles.
  • Experience working with benefits administration technology, HRIS platforms, payroll systems, or related software solutions.
  • Experience supporting client implementations, project coordination, or system configuration activities preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Ability to quickly understand and manage complex business and technical concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience)
  • Experience supporting Channel Partner implementations or benefits administration clients.
  • Knowledge of enrollment platforms, eligibility processes, carrier integrations, and EDI functionality.
  • Experience with software testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation methodology best practices.
  • Professional experience within Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Payroll, or HR Technology industries.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $XX.00-$XX.00, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
