• We are looking for an experienced and credible executive level communicator with strong relationship-building skills to sell and drive ScaleOps through partners.
• 5+ years of experience selling with technology channel partners
• Experience building pipeline through partner networks
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Team building and leadership skills and Excellent presentation skills
• Strong understanding of public cloud and subscription business models
• Strong understanding of software channel business models
• Business proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study OR extensive relevant professional experience

- Build a world class channel organization
- Cultivate strong relationships with our existing partners and expand mindshare exponentially
- Identify, recruit and onboard new high-potential partners
- Enable partners to sell our products
- Articulate our customer and partner value proposition to a variety of personas and stakeholders
- Build and execute a partner sales strategy
- Deliver on revenue and new-logo pipeline targets
- Travel frequently within your area and to company-wide meetings (about 50% Travel Expected)
