At A Glance
We're growing! Join our Meta Store Retail team at Westfield UTC as we bring Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality experiences to life. As a part-time Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a premium, white-glove customer journey through immersive, hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge wearable and mixed-reality technologies. You'll represent our client's brand with excellence-educating customers, guiding them through transformative tech experiences, and converting demos into delighted new users. Our ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and passionate about delivering world-class customer service.
This is a seasonal position running October 13th, 2026 through January 30th, 2027.
Minimum Pay
USD $25.00/Hr.
Maximum Pay
USD $25.00/Hr.
Additional Compensation

What You'll Do
  • Be a subject matter expert! Fully understand the features and benefits of our client's products including accessories
  • Conduct world-class demonstrations of our clients' mixed reality and wearable products within the dedicated space by creating immersive experiences with consumers that influence how they play, learn & experience the world around them
  • Process consumer transactions using our clients Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Achieve all goals and key performance indicators; in partnership with the Retail Manager, develop action plans when targets are not met
  • Perform day to day operations, including but not limited to; opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
  • Show up on time with a can-do attitude, ready to support team goals and daily operations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

What You'll Bring
Experience and Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
  • Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling

Skills and Attributes:
  • Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
  • Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
  • Must be results and detail-oriented
  • Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
  • Flexible availability including nights & weekends

  • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
