  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all regional partners are trained on Ai Vend standards, including technical configurations and customer service expectations.
Who You Are

  • Strategic Partner: You understand that our success is tied to our partners' success. You are a relationship builder who can balance corporate standards with regional needs.
  • Experienced Navigator: You are comfortable managing the nuances of distribution contracts, territory exclusivity, and indirect sales channels.
  • Brand Guardian: You have a keen eye for professional standards and a dedication to maintaining the premium reputation of our technology and services.
  • Analytical & Proactive: You use sales data to identify opportunities for growth and proactively address challenges within your territory.
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, distribution sales, or account management (equipment or technology distribution preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing multi-state territories and driving performance through third-party partners.
  • Strong understanding of territory rights, exclusivity clauses, and pricing integrity management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company at a high professional level.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned 5-state region (WA, OR, NV, UT, CO).
  • Familiarity with VMS systems (Cantaloupe) and Ai-powered retail technology is a plus.
Perks & Benefits

  • High-Growth Industry: Lead the expansion of a disruptive technology in the rapidly evolving unattended retail sector.
