About the Role

The Regional Channel Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for the long-term success and operational management of our sub-distributor network across the Western United States. Following the initial onboarding of partners by the executive team, you will serve as the primary liaison for our sub-distributors in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. Your mission is to drive sales performance while upholding the premium brand and operational standards of both Haha and Ai Vend Solutions.
What Youll Do

  • Channel Management: Manage the daily relationship with appointed sub-distributors, ensuring they have the strategic support and resources needed to thrive in the unattended retail market.
  • Sales Performance: Partner with regional distributors to drive revenue growth and meet territory sales targets for our line of Ai Smart Coolers.
  • Brand Advocacy: Expand Haha brand awareness through strategic coordination with the manufacturer and the broader distributor network to ensure a unified, professional market presence.
  • Territory & Compliance: Manage the complexities of territory rights, ensuring full compliance with exclusivity agreements in designated states while strategically maximizing market share in non-exclusive regions.
  • Market Stability: Monitor pricing integrity across the region to ensure sub-distributors remain aligned with our value-based positioning, protecting the long-term profitability of all partners.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all regional partners are trained on Ai Vend standards, including technical configurations and customer service expectations.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company at a high professional level.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned 5-state region (WA, OR, NV, UT, CO).
  • Familiarity with VMS systems (Cantaloupe) and Ai-powered retail technology is a plus.
