VIDIZMO is a US headquartered AI and enterprise video intelligence company. We are recognized as a Microsoft Solutions Partner. We serve Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and enterprises worldwide. Our AI Powered Intelligence Hub uses large language models, retrieval augmented generation, and multimodal AI. We deliver automated tagging, redaction, facial detection, sentiment analysis, and secure video and data management at scale. We are expanding into new public sector and enterprise markets. We are building alliances that extend our reach and speed up adoption of our platform. This work is especially important in public safety and government verticals.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to support and grow our partner network of resellers and system integrators. This role helps identify partner opportunities, supports deal execution, and maintains strong day to day relationships with our channel partners.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development who wants to grow into a strategic partnerships career. We will provide mentorship and a clear path toward greater ownership over time.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Research and Support
  • Research potential resellers and system integrators aligned with our public sector growth goals
  • Support senior team members in evaluating partner fit based on market presence and existing relationships
  • Help maintain and update our partner pipeline and tracking systems

Deal and Sales Support
  • Support partners through the public sector sales cycle, from opportunity identification to close
  • Help partners navigate RFPs and basic compliance requirements
  • Provide positioning guidance and competitive information for public safety use cases such as law enforcement, emergency management, and justice systems

Relationship Management
  • Serve as a regular point of contact for existing channel partners
  • Track partner performance against agreed metrics, including partner sourced revenue and pipeline growth
  • Flag partner concerns early and escalate to senior team members when needed

Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work with product, marketing, and direct sales teams to align messaging and joint go to market activities
  • Share partner and market feedback with the broader channel team
  • Collaborate closely with the Channel Partnership Manager and sales team to keep partnership activity aligned with overall strategy

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT or enterprise sales, channel partnerships, or business development
  • A track record of contributing to sales or partnership results, such as pipeline growth or deal support
  • Interest in public sector or public safety markets. Prior exposure is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with SaaS or cloud based enterprise products preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort working with both partner organizations and internal teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Early network of contacts among system integrators, resellers, or technology vendors
  • Background or coursework in AI, video intelligence, data analytics, or adjacent enterprise software
  • General awareness of government procurement or compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP or StateRAMP
