We are looking for a Global Partner development manager who will spearhead this initiative.

You will be working with the HPE Global and Regional Channel leadership teams and their respective key channel partners. Our goal is to ensure their Partner facing teams and extended channels are fully enabled to advocate and sell the NVIDIA full technology stack from hardware to software to services. What you'll be doing:

  • Develop & drive a Global channel GTM partnership with related strategies and goals that aligns with NVIDIA Enterprise strategy and HPE Partner strengths.

  • Align closely with the NVIDIA extended team partnering with HPE globally. Drive initiatives with and through the HPE partner ecosystem including Solution Providers, Distributors, GSIs, ISVs, etc.

  • Gain strategic alignment with Channel leadership & resources and influence their plans & investments w/ the partner ecosystem to proliferate NVIDIA platforms through them.

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with HPE Global Partner leadership. Plan regular business reviews, Executive Business Reviews to help update & keep them current on the latest NVIDIA trends, technologies and messaging.

  • Create a closed loop system that clearly identifies progress against key outcomes. Enterprise platform adoption, Pipeline, POC status and channel partner readiness are key.

  • Identify & align with HPE partner leaders/teams on a focused set of partners & execute joint programs to drive pipeline, and incremental sales.

  • Work with HPE & NVIDIA cross functional teams to produce executable plans, with the ability to use joint investments that improve value for NVIDIA via incremental pipeline & revenue.

  • Identify enablement needs, align resources and engage with the Field Sales teams at channel partners and ensure AI capability readiness through AI Advisors, Roadshows, Webinars, Virtual Events, etc.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ overall years proven experience in the technology industry

  • 5+ years of specific channel partner management experience

  • Experience in leading OEM GTM partnerships, developing channel strategies, implementing programs.

  • Experience with Enterprise SW, accelerated computing vis a vis developing partner sales plays will be preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, mathematics, science, or engineering preferred.

  • Global experience is required

  • Track record of success managing global and regional channel partners, ideally focused on driving AI into the mid-market.

  • Adept at balancing short-term priorities with overall long-term goals. Excellent listening skills and ability to persuade, using communication to convey concepts in a creative way.

  • Self-motivated, high EQ can work wth anyone from SVP to field sales. Experience w/ CSPs

  • Proven success with outcome-based sales methodology, ability to evangelize use cases.

  • Passion for sales and building positive relationships with customers and channel partners.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD for Level 4, and 296,000 USD - 448,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
