Job description

ABM is hiring a Leadership Development Manager to be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality learning and training initiatives for a large, strategic national client. Reporting to the Vice President of Learning and Talent Development, this individual contributor role partners closely with Operational Leadership to execute leadership development and talent programs that support day-to-day performance and long-term growth. This position owns the coordination and delivery of key talent activities, including leadership development, skills training, talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning. This role requires strong collaboration across teams and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with managers and stakeholders at multiple levels.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who can translate strategy into action; planning, organizing, and executing programs while adapting to evolving business needs. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, a passion for developing people, and the ability to address challenges and deliver practical, measurable results.

This is a Hybrid Role (in office Mon-Thu) with up to 25% national travel based in Dallas, Sugar Land, Austin or San Antonio, TX.
