Job description

This company is a national developer in the industrial market with expertise in development, property management, and leasing. They currently manage over 50M sq. ft. of industrial space and have a nationwide footprint and are considered the " gold standard" and development leader in the industrial sector. They have offices across the country and operate as a smart and efficient group offering both great autonomy and opportunity to their people.

Due to growth, they are looking to add a Development Manager to their Texas team. They have a major presence all throughout the state of Texas with an office location in Dallas.

NOTE: This person will be working on projects in Austin and San Antonio and will be working remotely which will help minimize travel for all involved.

NOTE: This is a great opportunity for that outstanding Project Manager currently working for a local general contractor to make the make the switch to the owner/developer arena and have a long-term career with an excellent company.

Desired Skills:

· Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction arena working for a highly reputable and respected general contractor.

· 4-year degree in Construction Management/ Building Construction

· Must be team oriented, a relationship builder, and bring an ownership mindset to their work
