About the Role

We are seeking a Platform Customer Sales Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and logistics partners across the U.S.

The role focuses on driving customer acquisition through platform partnerships and channel development while supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
  • E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify ecosystem, Temu, SHEIN, etc.)
  • Logistics aggregators and 3PL networks
  • Identify and onboard new platform and channel partners
  • Generate customer opportunities through partnership programs and platform integrations
  • Support partnership negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Monitor market trends and identify new partnership opportunities
