This role is responsible for developing comprehensive change management and communication strategies, preparing stakeholders for change, enabling user readiness, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.The ideal candidate will be a proactive change leader who can effectively engage executives, business stakeholders, and end users while driving communication, training, and adoption initiatives across multiple workstreams and organizational functions.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute the Change Management Strategy and Change Management & Communication Plan (CMCP) across all program workstreams.* Conduct organizational change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify readiness needs, adoption risks, and communication requirements.* Drive stakeholder engagement and socialization activities across all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, SMEs, change champions, and end users.* Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops, change readiness sessions, change champion forums, and business engagement activities.* Define and execute multi-channel communication strategies, including executive communications, deployment announcements, newsletters, roadshows, intranet updates, and site-specific engagement activities.* Develop and manage training strategies, rollout plans, training schedules, and end-user enablement programs to support successful adoption.* Create and oversee development of training and change management materials, including user guides, job aids, training videos, demonstrations, FAQs, and knowledge transfer assets.* Establish change adoption metrics, monitor user readiness and adoption trends, and provide reporting and insights to program leadership.* Identify, assess, and mitigate change resistance and adoption issues through targeted interventions and corrective action plans.* Partner closely with business leaders, process owners, project managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless transition and sustained adoption of new capabilities.* Gather feedback through surveys, workshops, and user engagements and continuously refine change management approaches based on results.* Support post-go-live adoption activities and reinforce change sustainment to maximize business value realization.**Required Qualifications*** 8–10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, Training, Communications, or related disciplines.* Proven experience leading change management activities for enterprise-scale business or technology transformation programs.* Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks.* Experience developing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and training programs.* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across executive, managerial, and operational levels.* Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.* Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups in a complex organizational environment.* Ability to analyze adoption data, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to improve user adoption.**Preferred Qualifications*** Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent certification.· Experience supporting Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Lab Systems Modernization, Laboratory Operations Transformation, or Healthcare Technology Modernization programs.· Experience leading change management initiatives involving laboratory workflows, diagnostic platforms, sample lifecycle management, order entry, reporting, and clinical operations processes.· Familiarity with large-scale enterprise transformations spanning multiple labs, sites, business units, and operational stakeholders.· Experience designing and delivering training programs for operational users, laboratory personnel, business users, and support teams.· Knowledge of change adoption measurement, organizational readiness assessments, and business process transformation.·**Core Competencies*** Organizational Change Management* Stakeholder Engagement & Influence* Executive Communications* Training & User Enablement* Change Readiness Assessment* Adoption & Sustainment Management* Workshop Facilitation* Communication Planning & Execution* Resistance Management* Business Transformation Leadership* Cross-Functional Collaboration* Continuous Improvement & Value Realization *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
