Qualifications/Experience:
Experience in leading and managing organizational change on large scale IT or ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle)
University level education
Credible amongst peers and senior managers
Ability to motivate a team and influence/manage a variety of stakeholders without direct line manage-ment responsibility in a period of large scale change
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to coach & help others to help themselves
Good written and spoken English as well as fluent in Market/ Entity/ Group language
Quickly see through business processes, interdependencies & cross-country and functional perspec-tive
Effective listening, empathic, positive outlook, embraces change
Proactive, confident and tenacious (will follow actions through to a successful conclusion)
High personal drive and very self-motivated,
Demonstrated good judgment and initiative
