  • Establish and manage a change governance model, including readiness checkpoints and escalation mechanisms.

  • Partner with Program Leads to embed change activities into delivery milestones and release plans.

  • Assess organizational readiness and change capacity; proactively identify and mitigate adoption risks.

  • Build and enable a change network (e.g., sponsors, champions, power users) to support adoption and feedback loops.

  • Partner with Communications and Training leads to ensure consistent, rolebased messaging and enablement.

  • Monitor adoption metrics, qualitative feedback, and sentiment trends; adjust strategies as needed.

  • Support golive and postdeployment stabilization by reinforcing new behaviors and ways of working.

  • Ensure change documentation, ownership, and sustainment plans are in place postdeployment.

  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve change practices across transformation waves.

  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, timebound transformation environment.

  • Ability to support extended hours during critical deployment and golive periods.

  • Travel as required to support leadership sessions, workshops, and readiness activities.

Education and Work Experience

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience leading organizational change management or enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience driving adoption across complex, multiworkstream programs.

  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence behavior change in matrixed environments.

  • Certification in change management, project management, or Agile methodology (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Deep expertise in organizational change management principles and methodologies.

  • Strong ability to influence leaders and employees through ambiguity and transition.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to balance empathy with accountability in driving adoption.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess readiness, risk, and adoption effectiveness.

  • Comfort operating in fastpaced, highvisibility transformation environments.

  • Experience with large ERP systems (SAP) a plus.
