Job description

Summary:
May perform duties of an administrative representative but with greater autonomy and discretion. Work involves a greater knowledge of office/clinic procedures and practice, independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  1. Captures high-quality photographs and produces employee, contractor, and visitor ID badges in accordance with established security and branding standards. Maintains badge inventory, printers, and related supplies.
  2. Provides frontline customer service for Photo ID Services, assisting customers in person with badge issuance, replacements, and general inquiries while ensuring a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  3. Verifies identity and required documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and security protocols prior to issuing badges or updating cardholder records.
  4. Coordinates badge production and distribution across multiple locations, including scheduling and supporting badge services as needed.
  5. Maintains accurate records within badge management and access control systems; researches and resolves discrepancies related to cardholder information, badge status, or access issues.
  6. Prepares reports and documentation related to badge issuance, inventory tracking, and service metrics using standard software tools; ensures data accuracy and completeness.
  7. Serves as a point of coordination with Physical Security and Access Control teams to support timely activation, modification, and deactivation of cardholder access.
  8. Assists in training staff and communicating standard operating procedures related to Photo ID Services, including proper documentation, badge handling, and customer service expectations.
  9. Acts as an escalation point for complex customer service issues, resolving concerns related to badge access, lost or stolen badges, and service delivery challenges.
  10. Supports compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements by following established procedures for identity verification, data handling, and secure badge issuance.
  11. Demonstrates flexibility by working at multiple service locations and traveling between sites as needed; must possess a valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation.
