We are currently seeking motivated General Laborers to join our team for various projects in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a great opportunity to work with reputable clients and gain valuable experience in the construction field.

Position Overview:We are looking for reliable Semi Skilled Laborers with JLA Badge who can perform a variety of tasks to support our skilled tradespeople on construction sites in West Palm Beach. Candidates must have their own transportation and be ready to work hard in a dynamic environment. We are looking for individuals who have experience doing any of the following:

- Carpentry

- Roofing

- Demo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up barriers.
  • Handle and transport materials and equipment to and from the construction site.
  • Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and lifting materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of waste materials and tidying up work areas.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Compensation: $17.00/Hr - $22.00/Hr

Requirements:

Must have JLA Badge (Jessica Lunsford Actย Badge)

  • Own reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take directions from supervisors.
  • Must have basic PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as a hard hat, safety glasses, work gloves, and steel-toe boots.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background check
