WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Complete 2–3 professional residential cleans per day across Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, Durham, and surrounding communities
• Follow DJM's proven speed cleaning system and quality checklists with consistency — every home, every time
• Work independently and manage your own time on-site with confidence
• Build trust with recurring clients by showing up reliably and doing outstanding work
• Communicate professionally with clients and the DJM office team throughout your day
• Care for your cleaning kit and supplies like the professional you are

• ✅ Reliable personal vehicle — we do not provide company cars
• ✅ Valid, current driver's license
• ✅ Current personal auto insurance
• ✅ Smartphone for scheduling and communication apps
• ✅ Physical ability to complete 2–3 full cleans per day on your feet
• ✅ Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check
