Serve Families. Build a Career with Purpose.
This role is for someone who feels called to serve.
As a Family Service Advisor, you will walk with families through meaningful decisions-helping them plan, prepare, and find peace of mind. This is not transactional work. It requires presence, compassion, and follow-through.
At the same time, this is a professional sales role. Serving families well requires consistency, discipline, and a commitment to growth.

  • Naturally put people first and find purpose in serving others
  • Are willing to prospect consistently, even when it's uncomfortable

  • Hold yourself accountable to your activity and results
  • Follow through on what you say you're going to do
  • Wants to grow financially

If you're looking for something easy, this is not it.
If you're looking for something meaningful-this is.
What You'll Do
  • Meet with families and guide them through pre-planning with care and clarity
  • Educate-not sell-so families can make confident decisions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through daily outreach and follow-up
  • Stay consistent with activity expectations that drive appointments and results
  • Communicate clearly with your team to ensure families are fully supported
  • Represent a trusted organization with professionalism and integrity

What You'll Receive
  • Competitive base pay + uncapped commission
  • Realistic first-year earnings: $65,000-$150,000+
  • Medical, Dental, Vision benefits (HSA/FSA options)
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off + 12 paid holidays
  • President's Circle Incentive Trip opportunity
  • Ongoing training, coaching, and advancement opportunities

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and emotional awareness
  • A service mindset
  • Coachability and willingness to grow
  • Ability to work a rotating Monday-Saturday schedule
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma required (college preferred)

The Standard
We serve families at a high level. That means:
  • We communicate
  • We follow through
  • We stay consistent in our outreach
  • We take ownership of our results
