The Catering Sales Manager of Old Carolina Barbecue Company is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the catering operations, including staff management, customer service, contracts, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. The Catering Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of catering events.

As a Catering Sales Manager you are responsible to:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the catering process
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and cleanliness standards
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance customer experience and profitability
  • Oversee the catering staff
  • Ability to work in the store when not scheduled for events
  • Deliver catering orders that don't require staff
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, recognizing achievements, and addressing employee concerns or conflicts
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by training and motivating staff to provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service
