A catering Assistant has the opportunity to learn the nut and bolts of a catering operation and receive leadership development along the way. No experience needed, simply a desire to learn and a passion for seeking excellence in your work!

Core Functions:

  • Learn how to maintain orders and communicate with guests.
  • Learn to communicate catering needs to kitchen.
  • Learn to manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies.
  • Learn to facilitate deliveries

Preferred:

  • Previous catering and/or Chick-fil-A experience

Requirements:

  • Enjoys serving others.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player.
  • Demonstrates a high level of initiative.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Takes instruction and direction well.
