Bilingual Personal Injury Client Success Manager (Spanish Speaking) | Bonuses + Growth + Unlimited Opportunity

$23-$33/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for injured clients

  • Build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication

  • Coordinate medical treatment, MRIs, specialists, and physical therapy

  • Identify and solve problems before they become obstacles

  • Keep clients engaged in treatment and recovery

  • Follow up relentlessly with clients, providers, and insurance companies

  • Maintain accurate case notes and file updates

  • Work closely with attorneys to maximize case value and client outcomes

  • Move every file forward every single day
