Are you an outgoing person with high attention to detail? Do you have strong sales and  service skills? Are you looking for a contract to hire role? If so, this may be a great opportunity for you!
We are seeking a Client Care Manager based out of our NEW North Las Vegas Office. Care managers assist current and new clients with service and care plans, assisting in service coordination and handling administrative duties! 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial in-home assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized care plans

  • Match clients with qualified caregivers based on needs, preferences, and scheduling

    Provide ongoing oversight and support to both clients and caregivers, including routine check-ins

  • Monitor and update care plans as needed based on client condition or feedback

  • Ensure services remain compliant with Nevada non-medical home care standards and agency policies

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and state requirements

  • Address client concerns or incidents promptly and professionally

  • Collaborate with scheduling and HR departments to ensure proper staffing coverage

  • Educate clients and families on available services and set expectations clearly

Our Perfect Candidate: Qualifications
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience working in healthcare or Homecare

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in business or an Associate's degree in a related field

  • Prior experience in home care, case management, or a similar role strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Nevada home care laws and regulations

  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Additional Information: This is a non-clinical role. The Care Manager does not provide hands-on medical care, but focuses on service coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance within the scope of non-medical home care under Nevada state law.
