Job Summary

Meridian Home Health is currently looking for an energetic and customer service-focused Physical Therapist. We are a boutique home health care company, based in San Diego, where your voice will be heard and patient care comes first. About this Position

  • Provide Physical Therapy services to patients according to Physician’s orders.
  • Initiates a physical therapy program and instructs/educates other personnel on how they can work with the patient on therapy goals.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy assistants.

Required Skills Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California.

  • One of two years of Physical Therapy experience.
  • Maintains a current CPR certification.
  • Motivated and works well in an interdisciplinary team.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with California requirements and is in good working order.
  • Home Health Experience is preferred.
