Call Center Representatives

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support patients within a fast-paced pharmacy environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping others, providing accurate information, and working in a structured, team-oriented setting.

Monday-Friday, $19-$20.90/hr, 8 hour shift between 8am-8pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and pharmacies
  • Assist patients with medication orders, refill requests, and general inquiries
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding prescriptions and services
  • Review patient profiles and update information in the system
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Document all interactions accurately in internal systems

Qualifications:
