Senior Level Call Center Agent

ProSidian is seeking a Senior Level Call Center Agent for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC, across the Mid Atlantic region. This position supports strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Call Center Agent Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Call Center Agent) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world).

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement fixes.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction.

Desired qualifications for Senior Level Call Center Agent candidates include:

  • 2–4 years customer service experience, solution-oriented roles preferred.

Education/experience requirements/qualifications:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
