We are seeking interested candidates for a Call Center Representative at our Moraine location. MyUSA Call Center Representatives provide extraordinary member service by providing over-the-phone support to Credit Union Members and prospective members, building trusted relationships in both the service that they provide as well as their ability to recommend products and services that best meet the member's financial needs.
Call Center Representative responsibilities include:
• Accurately process member transactions
• Successfully refer products and services to new and existing members through anticipating the members’ financial needs.
• Provides exceptional service via telephone by interviewing and counseling members and potential members regarding their financial service needs.
Call Center Representative Qualifications include:
