Overview

Great Day Improvements - Call Center Supervisor

As the Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by offering helpful solutions to customers' home improvement needs. You will monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the Call Center / Inside Sales department and have direct responsibility for the team during their scheduled shifts.

LOCATION: Twinsburg/Bedford Heights, OH (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
  • Initiating outbound calls to customers who have requested contact and receiving incoming calls from potential customers
  • Handling escalated situations from your team
  • Hands-on supervision of daily operations including scheduling, confirming, and monitoring productivity
  • Handling management activities such as interviewing, training, coaching employees, communicating performance issues with supervisor, and managing performance
  • Identifying employee or customer needs and assisting the management team with creating solutions
  • Communicating issues or needs with other departments as needed
Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and previous CRM experience
  • Unrelenting determination to achieve goals for themselves and drive their team to results
  • Positive, entrepreneurial approach each day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven ability to lead a sales, appointment setting or call center environment
  • Availability consistent with business needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Degree in marketing, sales, or business seen favorably
