Heartland Credit UnionHeartland Credit Union is seeking a qualified candidate to fill  the position of supervisor of the call center at one of its local branches in Springfield, IL.  Candidates should have prior supervisory and call center experience, as well as a desire to serve our members and the ability and passion to develop and motivate others.   Applicants must have exceptional communication skills, proficiency with technology, and a keen attention to detail.  Associates degree or equivalent, and two to three years experience supervising others - within a financial institution, preferred.
