Now Hiring: Call Center Advocate (OnSite Position)

Call Center Advocate Schedule
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Meal Break 1hr)
Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Meal Break 30 min)

Call Center Advocate Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-oriented Call Center Advocate to join our team. This on-site role serves as a key liaison between our company and our customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer experience
The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and an excellent communicator who enjoys talking with people. Call Center Advocates are confident problem-solvers who can think critically without taking issues personally, investigate concerns thoroughly, and advocate for customers when needed
Even with limited experience, we will train the right person!
Call Center Advocate Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming calls
Build strong trusting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and resources
Handle customer complaints, identify solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
Accurately document customer interactions, update accounts, and maintain records
Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Call Center Advocate Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills
Accurate data entry skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
