Call Center Advocate Schedule
·         Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Meal Break 1hr)
·         Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Meal Break 30 min)
·         Closed Sundays
Call Center Advocate Job Type: Full-Time
 Call Center Advocate Pay Structure: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Call Center Advocate Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-oriented Call Center Advocate to join our team. This on-site role serves as a key liaison between our company and our customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and an excellent communicator who enjoys talking with people. Call Center Advocates are confident problem-solvers who can think critically without taking issues personally, investigate concerns thoroughly, and advocate for customers when needed.

Call Center Advocate Key Responsibilities
·         Manage a high volume of incoming calls
·         Build strong trusting relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

·         Accurately document customer interactions, update accounts, and maintain records
·         Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
