Job Summary

We are seeking a performance-driven Call Center Coordinator to lead our frontline sales team. In this role, you will act as the first line of management, serving as the go-to resource for agents' real-time questions, managing daily timecards, and conducting regular performance coaching. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, balances administrative tasks with people development, and is passionate about helping sales agents hit their targets.

Key Responsibilities

Frontline Support & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as the primary on-floor contact for sales agents to answer live campaign, product, and script questions for mobilesales.
  • Handle real-time customer escalations and diffuse complex objections to help agents close deals.

Employee Coaching & Performance Development

  • Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions focused on sales techniques, objection handling, and pitch execution.
  • Monitor live and recorded calls to ensure compliance, high quality, and optimal conversion rates.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to help underperforming agents meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Wireless experience is preferred but not required.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and guide frontline sales employees toward hitting metrics.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
