Job description

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Represent Operations as a SME and stakeholder in Global Collateral related and other initiatives
  • Gather, analyse, and document information for new Business Requirements in support to Global Collateral activities from stakeholders in Operations.
  • Participate in Business Requirements modelling and writing with Product and Engineering experts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify potential efficiencies / enhancements of operational process flows
  • Review Business and Functional Requirements
  • Prepare and coordinate the project implementation and operational readiness
  • Assist with non-standard service support requests
  • SME for new processes, products, and services
  • Facilitate communication between internal users, Product and Engineering experts

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 

  • Bachelors degree required 
    • Graduate degree preferred 
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred
  • Strong AI and digital tools capability; light coding experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to identify innovative solutions and new opportunities using the latest technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Thorough, with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Adaptable and flexible; able to switch contexts quickly and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Working knowledge of enterprise principal custody and collateral management systems highly preferred
