Job description

Responsibilities

Sentinel is looking for a Business Process Analyst our client. This person would be responsible for evaluating, designing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. This role works cross-functionally with stakeholders to document current workflows, identify gaps, and implement process improvements supported by data analysis and technology solutions. This is a 3 month contract with the potential to convert to full time working fully onsite at our client location in Tucson, AZ.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Systems
  • Experience in the analysis of database hardware, and software to identify inefficiencies and risks.
  • Technical knowledge of current programming languages (i.e. RESTful APIs and web services
  • Knowledge of network and PC operating systems
  • Experience with Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with Smartsheets, (project management software) or similar programs, and importing data in report software
  • Experience with developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Must have a current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR be able to obtain a Homeland Security Background Clearance within ninety (90) days of hire.
  • Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR be able to obtain the Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card within ninety (90) days of hire
  • May be required to obtain an AZ State Driver, Operator Certification, and other various certifications depending on assignment.
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
