Senior Business Systems Analyst
Wilmington, DE
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join a strategic business transformation program supporting a global business operation. This role provides a unique opportunity to work across multiple functional areas, helping identify process improvement opportunities, define future-state solutions, and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly collaborative, and comfortable working with stakeholders across operations, technology, product management, and international business teams. You will help translate business needs into actionable requirements while supporting initiatives that modernize processes, improve transparency, and drive business outcomes.
Some of the things you will be doing:
  • Partner with business leaders, operational teams, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, process reviews, and requirements sessions to understand current-state operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, user stories, business requirements, and supporting documentation.
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, customer experience, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand regional requirements, jurisdictional considerations, operational variations, and customer needs.
  • Support the design and implementation of future-state business processes and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Work closely with agile delivery teams to refine requirements, answer functional questions, and validate delivered solutions.
  • Participate in testing, user acceptance activities, and solution validation efforts.
  • Assist with backlog management, prioritization activities, and release planning.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, business cases, reports, and project communications.
  • Support organizational change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training, and adoption planning.
  • Monitor and document business impacts, process improvements, and key performance indicators resulting from implemented solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business process improvement, consulting, product delivery, program management, or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and working effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from operational teams to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with project and backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne.
  • Experience creating process documentation using Visio or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, operational excellence, process modernization, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and international business operations strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, workflow automation platforms, AI-enabled productivity tools, analytics platforms, or process mining solutions is a plus.
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, CSM, CSPO, or related certifications are a plus.
