A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a “Business Analyst"
 
Position type: Full-Time Contract (W2)
Role: “Business Analyst”
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Location : Wilmington, DE (Onsite role) 
 
Must have required skills – Business Analysis, Data Analysis, SQL, BI, ERP Tool, SDLC
Primary Skill Required for the Role:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Details:
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can combine Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents, UAT and strong in business processes and SDLC and familiar with ERP tools such as PeopleSoft OR Workday OR SAP etc.
The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working in Enterprise Environment and Agile/Waterfall/Sprint and Jira and using ERP Tool.
