  • Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, including functional and non-functional requirements captured in product requirement documents, process documentation, and user stories
  • Drive current-state and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, and solution recommendations across stakeholder groups
  • Serve as a senior liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology partners, translating business needs into functional requirements and supporting solution design
  • Perform data analysis to validate assumptions, quantify impacts, and inform reference data use cases and solution recommendations
  • Lead impact assessments for changes, including downstream process and data implications across onboarding, servicing, and reporting stakeholders
  • Support data governance standards through contributions to data stewardship, data lineage documentation, and data quality rule definition and monitoring
  • Partner with product and delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness, including drafting and refining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including test strategy input, scenario definition, defect triage, and outcome validation
  • Support change management efforts, including training materials, end-user process documentation, and adoption support activities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and present effectively to varied audiences
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, including structuring ambiguous problems and driving to practical outcomes
  • Experience creating product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation that enables effective delivery
  • Experience performing impact assessments for process and data changes with downstream dependencies
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and actively leverage firmwide artificial intelligence tools to enhance productivity and improve ways of working

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience supporting product ownership activities, including backlog refinement, story writing, and outcome-driven prioritization in an Agile environment
