Job description

Under general supervision, you will work with business partners, key stakeholders, vendors and management to identify, translate and define business opportunities. You will apply established methodologies for gathering and analyzing data, conducting business improvement analysis, and developing design solutions. You will work with enterprise wide customers to provide data and analysis as requested. May provide work direction to Associate Analysts. May assist more senior analysts with complex initiatives. You will report to the Operations Senior Manager.
What you do:
  • Conduct data collection, analysis, problem resolution and reporting for Operations to multiple partners across Allianz.
  • Develop projects to support Operation's priorities.
  • Design and manage results validation to ensure data completeness, accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide work direction and mentors lower level analysts. Support more senior analysts and management with daily operations.
  • Develop and recommend opportunities to improve process performance.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Strong focus on Tax Reporting and Remittance analysis/tasks to assure quality data and output.
  • Review, answer and process more complex tax questions and transactions.
  • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).

What you bring:
  • 2 or more years experience required: relevant technical or business experience
  • Four year degree required or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of end to end processes as it relates to tax withholding and reporting preferred
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range: $48,000 - $74,000
Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
